Zanzibar is in Derby city centre, only a few minutes walk from train and bus stations. Carnival's own coach from Nottingham, though, will deliver you to the door...

Disabled parking - there are a few disabled parking spaces on London Road itself, on the left as you turn into the city centre end of London Road just before you get to the venue.

Decor

Zanzibar's decor is a mix of Art Deco, Moorish, Egyptian and Indian influences (see pics below).

There is an outside smokers' area through the door to the left of the main stage, protected from view from passers by. The smoking area does not form part of the 'licensed premises' so please don't take your drink out with you.
